OUR ONLINE TESTS
Why we use it:
We want you to find a suitable job in which you are most likely to succeed. Our online tests use neuroscience, which more accurately assess and predict how you will fit into our organisation.
What it offers you:
An enjoyable experience – the assessment consists of 12 short online games that measure social, cognitive and behavioural attributes that are essential to certain jobs within our organization – they are fun to play and there are no right or wrong answers. A personalised trait feedback report - After completing the games, you can view a personalized report of your cognitive and emotional traits to help you learn more about yourself.

Recorded video interviews give us a chance to get to know you in a quick and easy way, while giving you flexibility and ownership of this screening stage.
What it offers you:
A high degree of flexibility - You can complete your interview at a time that suits you – no scheduling or travel required. A time efficient process - with a maximum of 5 questions per interview, it means you don’t need to invest too much time in the early stages of our recruitment process.
