CONTRACT: Full-time Internship – 6 months (with potential extension to 12 months)
FUNCTION: Finance
We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Intern to join our UK&I Finance team in Chiswick, London. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial finance within a fast-paced, global organisation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations, while developing analytical and financial skills that will accelerate your career.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the collection and analysis of financial data from teams across Trade, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with the Trade and Customer Service teams to investigate pricing claims and process credit notes.
- Assist with revenue management, including pricing maintenance and compliance controls.
- Coordinate system updates for vendors and customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment across functions.
- Develop and maintain financial models for key areas such as promotional spend, overheads, and customer profitability.
- Contribute to month-end activities – journal postings, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Provide ad-hoc financial support and contribute to improvement projects within the Finance function.
What are we looking for?
- A recent graduate or student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in commercial finance.
- Confident working with Excel (Pivot Tables, LOOKUPs, SUMIFs) and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
