Job Location: Akora Khattak


Key Responsibilities:


Performance & Development

  • Assist to ensure to run the talent reviews with full governance
  • Actively follow up with line managers and senior leadership teams


Attraction & Recruitment

  • Utilizes the selection and assessment processes and tools for junior level recruitment, educating and coaching line leaders in order to raise the quality of external intake.
  • Understand & utilize the different sourcing channels available i.e. direct sourcing vs. agency recruitment and activates them as appropriate.
  • Produces reliable and relevant management information by analysing sourcing data such as turnover, retention and new hires and suggests appropriate course of action.
  • Supports delivery of the induction / on boarding programmes for newly hired or transitioning employees.


Organization Effectiveness & Engaging Culture

  • Close liaison with management for timely resolution of HR issues and to act as an inter-departmental link for better communication.
  • To ensure compliance of statutory requirements of Factories Act and other at leaf depots.
  • Provide assistance to leaf team in maintaining a winning corporate culture.


Service Delivery

  • Manages transactional processes within the employee lifecycle i.e. entry, promotion and exit, ensuring high quality execution.
  • Gain deeper insight into customer needs or issues, pro-actively asking for their feedback and acts on it.
  • Maintain accurate employee data.
  • Ensure accuracy and on-time submission of data, such as Headcount & Budgets.


Essential Requirements


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • At least 1 years of working experience in related field would be preferred
  • Willingness to relocate to Akora Khattak
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
