 BAT Denmark is looking for a Junior Executive in Branding

 

SENIORITY LEVEL: Graduate

FUNCTION: Marketing

SALARY RANGE: Competitive salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

LOCATION: Copenhagen, Denmark

 

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Brand team, driving the development and implementation of brand activities across the Nordic countries. You will learn to navigate in a sophisticated legal landscape which will challenge not only your stakeholder management, but also your creativity.

 

You will be given responsibility and your own projects from the beginning, allowing you to develop your career with support at every stage of the process, including ongoing feedback and mentor.

Reports to: Brand Manager

Reporting Level: Manages self

Geographic Scope: Nordics

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Execution of brand plans and campaigns to build a strong impact in the market.
  • Monitoring brand performance.
  • Analysis of market opportunities.
  • Collaborating with partners internally and externally to drive appropriate action plans.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • University degree in Marketing or Business – or similar.
  • Experience with brand management, agency or other marketing related experience.
  • Interest and awareness in product development.
  • Customer engagement interest.
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Excel and Power Point user.

 

BENEFICIAL

  • Proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Experience from another FMCG company.
