A Junior Executive position can lead to a permanent position in Strategic Planning or one of our Marketing departments depending on your desire and future aspirations. In the last three years, 36 of our Junior Executives have been promoted within their first year.  You will be part of an inspiring program and get the opportunity to network with your fellow Junior Executives in our IDex network.


The position

The position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Business Intelligence team, aiming at enabling a performance driven organization through management and implementation of projects, processes and systems that support the commercial business agenda. With an above market approach, the team is working closely together with key marketing functions across the Nordics.


You’ll be given responsibility and your own projects from the beginning, allowing you to develop your career with support at every stage of the process, including on-going feedback and coaching.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Data analysis


  • Ensuring that all relevant data are of highest quality to enable efficient and effective operation
  • Project management related to Trade systems and route to market
  • Securing flow of information in the Trade systems such as new competitors, new suppliers, new outlet types, new key accounts, new territories etc.
  • Maintaining and developing reporting processes
  • Supporting the development and implementation of a new CRM-system



Essential Requirements

If you’re innovative, result oriented and curious, the Junior Executive position in Business Intelligence is the right place for you to start your career.


You finished your Master’s degree in 2018 or 2019 within Business or Marketing. You have a strong interest in being part of an inspiring organization where you can develop personally. 


Key skills needed in these roles:


  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point user
  • Able to perform under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
  • Structured with strong communication skills
  • Experience from a FMCG company or other marketing related experience
  • Experience with data handling and reporting is considered an advantage


Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.


The position is based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen right next to Vesterport Station.
