Role Summary


The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development & implementation of digital marketing strategy and action plan about how to improve digital capability in order to expand and retain our customers by using SNS and applications for smartphone/tablet.


Key Responsibilities


  • Execute and manage B2B/B2C digital marketing activities that focus on driving business awareness to generate pipeline and increase volume of inquiries.
  • Website management including timely content updates based on the changing demand of the business and market environment.
  • Create marketing programs and campaigns that generate results in conversions for new business leads. This will include SEO, SEM, digital media, social media programs including SNS activities and content development to capture new customers and increase volume of inbound inquiries.
  • Communicate company’s brand standards and strategy to internal and external partners to drive quality and achieve results.
  • Work with sales operations to develop lead generating programs that initiate engagement and results for the business.
  • Reporting results to the team on digital marketing activity (Return on Investment - ROI) and continuously enhances creative direct channels to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze digital marketing activities effectively by using available analytics tools, and make strategies and plans to optimize marketing actions based on those results.



Key Stakeholders for the Digital Marketing Manager would be:



  • Local: Bangladesh Marketing Leadership Team, Brand Managers, Strategy, Planning & Insights Managers, Procurement manager, IT manager
  • Global: Marketing and IT group in Global and Region

Key Requirements


  • University education as a minimum
  • 5-8 years of working experience in Digital Marketing for B2C business, preferably working in FMCG companies or in Advertisement Agencies working for FMCG companies
  • Networking capability with internal and external people
  • Proven ability of customer oriented thinking and focus on understanding target markets to generate more inquiries and drive traffic through multiple channels
  • Must have clear understanding and capability in the areas of online web strategy, execution and analytics; SEO; SEM, marketing processes, including lead generation; social media marketing including SNS strategy; contents optimization using these and other digital tools such as MA
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to execute the project and make sure the targeted message reaches the audience
