Key Accountability 



  1. Deliver the company’s sales target. 
  2. Propose and discuss the efficiency and effective Trade and Consumer promotion to support sale volume within own area (if need).
  3. Ensure well execution in market for any program from Trade or Brand support.
  4. Drive commitment of the team to deliver excellence in execution.
  5. Win Market Share, Distribution, Visibility of BATC’s brand.
  6. Cooperate very close with Main Distributor and Provincial Distributor.
  7. Ensure product freshness in market through stock rotation.
  8. Lead and conduct Monthly Area Meeting.
  9. Lead and conduct Weekly Meeting with Main Distributor.
  10. Ensure no credit issue of field force.
  11. Other task required by line manager.


  1. Training, coaching and grooming of especially newly TME / TMO.
  2. Team capacity building for current and build legacy.
  3. Guide new TME / TMO to perform their roles to full capacity by doing market attachments, coaching etc.
  4. Responsible for overall efficiency of team operations and developing sales strategies with the team


Job Requirement: 

  1. Driving License
  2. Able to base and work at province
  3. There is work experience more than 3 years in related field
  4. Good in English usage
  5. Able to use Microsoft administration
  6. Willing to work under pressure
