Job Title:  Territory Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
• Own the territory in terms of performance and in maintaining effective relationships across a diverse base of retailers.
• Plan and execute marketing strategy within the territory through building strong business relationships, responding to issues, and monitoring contract compliance.
• Achieve target volume, share of market, and profit in the assigned territory through development of territory business plans and effective implementation of cycle activities.
• Fill market demand of BAT's products by maintaining inventory levels and attaining distribution targets for the brand portfolio.
Requirements:
• Would be advantageous if you have 2 years of sales experience.
• Comfortable with relocation throughout East Malaysia.
• Strong negotiation skills and result-oriented.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build relationship across all levels, both internally and externally.
• Possess at least a Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
*Note: You will be stationed outside of your home area. Hence, please be informed that we require someone who is highly mobile and willing to relocate to a different state for a duration between 2 - 3 years before your next job rotation.
