For our Consumer Activation Team, we search as of now for a 


CRM, Analytics & Digital Development Manager (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:



  • Define and lead CRM strategic way forward and concepts
  • Lead & define CRM customer journeys, mechanics, communication and automation for 5 brands
  • Work together with market research department on consumer profiling, prediction and personalization opportunities for CRM and E-Commerce
  • Push needed technical requirements towards internal & external stakeholders to take CRM to the next level
  • Define ways & mechanics to increase Database sustainably



  • Conceptualize and implement one consistent reporting process for the Digital & E-commerce department for 5 brands – push for technical enhancements needed towards local & global IT and local & global agencies for accessible reporting
  • Implement regular reporting structure with the experts from the Digital & E-Commerce Team
  • Challenge the status quo based on reporting, push the team for quick fixes implementation, derive options and plans out of campaign results for 4 brands


Digital Development:

  • Overlook technical development projects f.e. CRM system migrations (Salesforce) from business side towards local & global IT, stakeholders and local & global agencies for high quality implementation
  • Conceptualize and constantly challenge digital retail registration processes, IT infrastructures and provide solutions, opportunities and options – push for high quality implementation
  • Orchestrate professionally the specialist team consisting of digital development executive, CRM executive and digital analyst
  • Be the key spokesperson internally and towards global with key focus on CRM, its digital analytics and technical development topics
  • Presentations in front of Senior Stakeholders


Your Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in CRM
  • Technical understanding (esp. of Salesforce & Magento 2), ideally Salesforce license
  • First experience in people leadership
  • Experience in co-working with market research tools and/or departments
  • Understanding of consumer interests, consumer purchase decisions and motivation
  • Flexibility and intrinsic motivation to push projects forward autonomously
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Very strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in English
