In Consumer Insights and Analytics Team that belongs to Strategy, Planning and Insights Department, we are constantly looking for new ways to enhance the understanding of our consumers. Our ideal candidate is an experienced consumer research enthusiast, innovative and result-oriented with great passion for and interest in advanced analytics solutions. You can play an active role in our defining journey towards holistic consumer understanding out of our German hub in Hamburg.



Your Responsibilities:


  • Planning, coordination and supervision of consumer research projects executed in cooperation with renowned external consumer- and market research agencies
  • Conceptual co-creation and technical set-up of in-house consumer research projects and consumer surveys
  • Critical evaluation of consumer research results and derivation of relevant recommendations on “next best actions”
  • Condensing insights generated from the analysis in a reporting deliverable to be presented to stakeholders across the organization
  • Oversight of secure data exchange between different tools within the technical ecosystem to enable personalized marketing activation and closed loop marketing
  • Coordination with the technical stakeholders on new consumer analytics and insights tools implementation, enhancements and extensions; basic IT project management
  • Driving holistic consumer understanding for our focus product categories throughout the whole CEN area
  • Serving as internal consultant to the organization on all matters related to Consumer Insights and Consumer Analytics



Your Qualifications:


Hard Skills:

  • A University degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Business and/or Consumer Analytics, Marketing or other relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in consumer insights, research, analytics
  • Business fluent in German and in English
  • Experience with Qualtrics tool is an advantage

Soft Skills:

  • Very strong analytical skills, passion for numbers and insights
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication skills with experience in complex stakeholder management skills to peers and above
  • High degree of flexibility, resilience and independence
  • Tech-savviness and willingness to learn and understand new technical systems and analytics- relevant tools
