The Role:


  • The primary responsibility of the role is to proactively manage the delivery of Group Management and Statutory Reporting information in line with the agreed service level agreements of our customers. 
  • Manage the delivery of financial information and scenarios required for Quality Performance Reviews, budget and for actuals in line with the global calendar. 
  • Handle accounting policy and procedure inquiries and ad hoc reporting and analysis requests; provide periodic customer/site training & issue resolution.
  • Ensure customer needs and relationships are fulfilled and enhanced through proactive involvement and interaction management.
  • Develop and assist in automating processes utilizing innovative technical and processing solutions. 
  • Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures and support control documentation requirements. 
  • Coordinating with the global process owners on the implementation of reporting changes, which includes submission of comprehensive business specifications where technology enhancements are required, providing training and user testing resources to test enhancements.
  • Monitor and control the adequate recharges to the End Markets assuring consistency and frequency.
  • Understand the functionality, interfaces, and interdependencies of the financial processes and systems; ensure the existence of adequate internal controls.
  • Drive in implementing internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.


Essential Requierements:


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accountant, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Desiderable 3  years of experience specific in Planning or Finance, in a dynamic operating environment. 
  • Fully Bilingual English/Spanish. Portuguese is a must.
  • Knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, SAP and planning ERPs.
  • Able to drive projects and process improvements and handle a remote customer base model.
