SENIORITY LEVEL: Management Trainee

FUNCTION: Human Resource

LOCATION: Jakarta, Indonesia

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is a 12-month programme, fast-track development to a management job for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals! The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of British American Tobacco Human Resource Team! You'll first learn trade marketing fundamentals from a field-based commercial role. Then you’ll experience roles covering Generalist scope, Attraction & Recruitment, Performance & Learning or Organisational Effectiveness.

Reports to: Human Resource Manager

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Local

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Graduated with bachelor or master degree from reputable universities in Psychology, Communication, International Relation, Management, Economics
• Fresh graduates and final year students are welcome to apply
• Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
• Globally mobile
• Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
• Indonesia Nationality or Permanent Resident 
• Having less than 2 years work experience (excluding internship, part time or freelance work).  Experienced in start-up/digital company will be an additional advantage
