Job Purpose:


  • Maximize the potential assigned brand/s by developing, communicating and implementing Brand strategies and consumer engagement activities which are aligned to Marketing. Brand portfolio and consumer space strategies and which will drive the achievement of brand objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Define brand vision, strategy, positioning and marketing mix including pack and product specification and communications, in line with consumer group strategy. • Develop and implement local marketing mix elements for Global and International Focus Brands, ensuring that solutions are develop and or adapted in adherence to brand manifestos and guidelines.
  • Understand consumers value drivers, brand choice drivers and performance dynamics.  
  • Strong business acumen to manage the brand as a business.
  • Ensure competitive product performance in defined consumer segments, initiate corrective actions; supervise consumer product testing to ensure consistency of product treatment, quality output of studies and robust interpretation of findings
  • Ensure product quality and evolution according to metrics (e.g. consumer complaints).  Investigate opportunities for product differentiation, which can support brand positioning
  • Ensure that product quality meets expectations of regular smokers and is consistent over time.


Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in brand management
  • With FMCG's background in a marketing and/or similar roles
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills and a creative, but logical mind
  • As a good communicator and manager, you must be able to deal with stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
  • Naturally, you’ll have a commercial approach and the ability to take the initiative and make decisions.
  • You’ll also need to be a strong self-starter, with a willingness to take responsibility and get things done in a pressured environment
