You will be responsible for managing and delivering product development initiatives for identified end markets within the Asia Pacific Middle East region. You will support consumer relevant product portfolio strategies and dynamic marketing cycle plans, by driving innovation, quality and continuous improvements.


The role will also be responsible in delivering product development initiatives in line with our global product stewardship and regulatory guidelines, whilst engaging and managing number of diverse stakeholders within our region of Asia Pacific Middle East, and elsewhere.


  • Lead and manage the assigned product development initiatives (innovation, continuous improvement, regulatory etc.) based on cycle plans to include consumer preferences, brand strategy portfolio/brand codes, and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Promote and integrate ways of working within the development portfolios and teams


  • Manage the “end to end” process for the assigned product development projects and initiatives which includes resource management, quality management and compliance to the regulatory standards

  • Manage and maintenance of all relevant systems related to product development initiatives and projects

  • Monitor and review progress of the development projects against the agreed targets


  • Track and monitor budget spend for development activities within the assigned responsibilities and projects

  • Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

Skills and Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture or Engineering.

·         Good consumer/customer understanding

·         Problem solving skills using root-cause analysis

·         Strong written and oral communication skills in English

·         Excellent interpersonal/teamwork skills and project management skills.
