TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Analyse business scenario and clarify the requirements to create high-level integration design and deliver the detailed technical interface design, build and test.
  • Implement and continuously improve best practise guidance, methods, templates and tools for IT systems integration.
  • Manage the delivery of agreed integration services and deliverables and maintain effective operational relationships with vendors and key stakeholders

  • CoE – Co-ordinate the activities needed for effective management and delivery
  • Enterprise / Solution Architecture – ensure solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to agreed architectures
  • IT Services – Co-ordinate the activities needed for effective transition and support
  • 3rd Party Vendors – non-commercial supplier relationships focussed on delivery and improvement of agreed services

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE

  • More than 5 years’ experience with enterprise application and IT systems integration in multiple roles, for example as support, developer, designer, architect and/or workstream lead.
  • Expertise with one or more of the following integration and middleware technologies: SAP Cloud Platform Integration Services/HCI/API Management, SAP PI/PO, Axway API Security Gateway, Dell Boomi, SuccessFactors Integration Centre and/or Talend Data Fabric.
  • Experience with systems integration in a variety of integration styles, for example A2A, B2B, EDI, OpenText GSX, Ariba, SwiftNet.
  • Interfaces, Configuration and development experience in at least one of: SAP ERP, Salesforce.com, SuccessFactors, Hybris or Azure based solutions.
  • Experience in Centre of Excellence or similar environments in large global organisation using out-sourced IT service providers and/or project experience such as consulting background.
  • Ability to plan, identify and manage risks, issues and competing priorities and communicate messages to internal and external stakeholders in both waterfall and lean/agile environments.
