Lead / contribute to:
- Establishing the contribution that technology can make to business objectives using a range of techniques such as eliciting & documenting requirements with stakeholders, conducting feasibility studies, producing business models, preparing business cases, usability requirements analysis and usability evaluation
- Identifying and obtaining agreement on the requirements / features which will be most beneficial to the business
- Providing input to and/or assist in:
o ensuring compliance with agreed best practices
o preparing operational/implementation IT plans, budget proposals, resourcing plans and project plans
o creation and maintenance of IT strategies
- Identifying and raising issues impacting the execution of strategic / operational / project plans
- Understanding the overall Enterprise Architecture and assess degree of conformance of existing and new business processes
- Overseeing implementation of solutions – checking against the initial requirements



  • Enterprise Architects – understand overall enterprise architecture and collaborate to ensure conformance of to the architecture
  • Solution Architects - collaborate on the selection and development of solutions
  • Solution Delivery – collaborate to ensure solutions meet the business requirements
  • Project Managers – contribute to project plans and ensure deliverables are produced to time, cost & quality
  • Planning – support the development of IT plans and budgets
  • Business Partners and Business Unit IT managers – collaborate on the provision of professional BA services in line with agreed priorities of the business
  • Business units (regions, end markets) / Business Functions - work closely to develop business requirements and oversee implementation of solutions
  • IT functional managers / Project Managers / Business reps – collaborate in the execution of planning and analysis services and delivery of required outputs
  • 3rd Party Vendors – non-commercial supplier relationships focused on operational / project activities



Combination of the following specialisation aspects in order of priority:
1. Consumer Activation
- Understand the Consumer activation models/metrics, CRM/CMS/Mobile technology enablers to be able to lead or support core activation initiatives. Agency background is preferred. Understanding of User Journey / Agile methodology, implementation experiences as advantages.
2. Route to Consumer
- Practical experience in the post-consumer activation requirement (for example: Supply Chain, Finance, e-commerce) to keep consumer activation journey relevant and in tune with constant business changes evolution.
3. Analytics
- Practical experience in BI/Data/Analytics including data modelling, data lake, translating data into usable value-added information.
4. Route to Market (TME, DSS/DSD, B2B /Order capture) – OPTIONAL 
- Practical experience in the field of business models, business requirements and related IT solutions applicable to one or more of the following areas: Trade Marketing & Distribution, Brand management, Strategic Planning & Insights, and Business Development
- Practical experience in executing change underpinned by IT technology related to Trade Marketing and Distribution, Route to Market and Business Development



- 5+ years of business-facing IT experience in a global environment & demonstrable business analysis experience in digital projects – B2B/B2C;

- Preferably with a degree in an IT-related discipline;

- Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Web Portals, Mobile Applications, eCRM, eCommerce, Digital Analytics, eMail Marketing;

- Experience of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods;

- Ability to land Marketing solutions underpinned by IT Technology and Innovation;

- Self-starter able to work with limited guidance and comfortable with ambiguity;

- Creative, able to work in a matrix fast paced environment and plan/manage time accordingly;

- Fluent in both technology and business language;

- Strong team player with facilitation and influencing skills;

- Strong analytical mind valuing insights over raw data;

- High curiosity quotient with excellent interviewing, questioning and information gathering skills;

- Potential travelling based on projects within the Region;

- Fluent English skills
