ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: Area Research & Insights manager

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Own and coordinate primary research plan and analysis, ensuring that research partners develop an appropriate, cost-effective, and high-quality work
  • Guarantee alignment across the marketing team, working with the brands and the market by designing a fit for business research brief
  • Analyse data generated from consumer research and guarantee clear actionable insights to be share within the organization
  • Manage budget for marketing research initiatives to ensure synergy, objectivity, and prioritisation of spend
  • Continuous analysis of vapour consumer, customer and market trends to identify and recommend new business opportunities
  • Track behaviour of consumer and customer segments, providing actionable and meaningful insights in order to inform the pricing, product, brand and commercial strategies.
  • Support the process of integrate insights effectively into the decision-making process.
  • Recommend concrete action plans from research insights with impact on Vapour Marketing plans to drive growth and value.

 

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Do you have recent experience in consumer research and/or data analytics?
  • Have you worked in the past with Retail Audit data such as Nielsen or IRI?
  • Do you have recent experience in cross functional project?

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Proven experience with consumer research and/or data analytics
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong analytical skills
  • Managerial & Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in prioritizing tasks, managing workload and working under pressure
  • Willingness and ability to learn fast and work independently
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent command/ highly proficient in spoken and written English
