What will you be doing? 


The types of projects you will be involved with include: finding new assessment solutions for our graduate recruitment, evolving our thinking on performance management, preparing research on best practice across the talent acquisition and talent management spaces. You will manage the day to day project delivery and will be taking individual accountability of key Talent Acquisition and Talent & Performance Management projects, included but not limited to: 


  • Contributing to the development and enablement of the business strategy, partnering with the business and acting as an employee advocate;
  • Actively participating in driving a culture of excellence, working with the business to identify and capture area of improvement and innovation; 
  • Supporting the Centre of Excellence HR team in facilitating and driving the change agenda globally;
  • Innovating and shaping the use of technology across the different HR Expertise areas; 


If you are: 


  • A university graduate or higher in Human Resources, Business or other related fields;
