We are looking for a Demand Planning & Forecasting Executive to join our team, focused on providing valuable strategic insights and market trends.

As a Demand Planning & Forecasting Executive you will:

Deliver timely and accurate forecasting for BAT UK

·         Ensure the forecasting insights & processes are fit to support informed Key Business decisions

·         Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Delivering timely and accurate forecasting for BAT UK, providing valuable input into strategic planning:
·         Management of the short, mid and long-term sales forecast
·         Forecast volumes for exciting new innovations, as well as tactical brand and pricing activities.
·         Effective communication and alignment of key stakeholders; including trade marketing, supply chain and brand
·         Provide input into long term strategic brand planning
·         Ensure high forecast accuracy at SKU level and Channel level
·         Identify consequences and risks related to portfolio decisions
·         Continuously drive for efficiencies and accuracy improvements in the forecasting process
·         Incorporate consumer, customer and market insight assumptions into demand and forecasting plans.
 
 Contribute to the efficient running of the Sales & Operation Planning process (Demand Review)
·         Manage all forecasting and volume reporting
·         Contribute to the business monthly planning cycle.
.         Develop and integrate an improved way of working in the monthly business planning cycle.
.         Provide accurate and timely input and participate to the DRM/CPM & SOP meetings
·         Lead the Pre-DRM process
·         Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by WEA and Region

KEY REQUIREMENTS

·     Significant experience in an analytical role preferably in FMCG

·     Proven effective communication & presentation abilities
·      Demonstrated abilities to develop and to maintain relationships with the internal stakeholders
·      Demonstrated ability to influence others and to get things done across different departments and functions
·      Proven ability to collaborate and align with multiple departments
