BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR A RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST TO BE BASED IN MALANG, INDOENSIA

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management (NM)

FUNCTION: Human Resources

LOCATION: Malang, Indonesia

 

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

You are responsible for handling and hiring qualified candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience, and to work closely with Line Managers, HRBPs and CoEs to deliver recruitment strategy, processes and ad hoc project support.

Reports to: Recruitment Manager (Malaysia)

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor (NM)

Geographic Scope: Local

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Ensuring that relevant recruitment processes are delivered effectively
  • Work closely with HRBPs and CoEs to deliver recruitment strategy, processes and ad hoc project support.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for candidates including candidate tracking and scheduling of the candidate through the recruitment process, providing first line screening, managing interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Source candidates for vacancies using range of mediums and channels.
  • Proactively manage recruitment technology solutions across multiple modules using the HR procedures and guidance.
  • Uploading, building on and maintaining an internal talent pool / database of relevant candidates.
  • Ensuring job roles are maintained, edited and posted to the recruitment system.
  • Resolves complex queries which involve a detailed explanation of recruitment processes, policy or procedures.

 

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Do you have experience in hiring within the Operation Function?
  • Do you have over 3 years of experience in E2E Recruitment Processes?
  • Are you willing to relocate to Malang?

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Must have the experience in Hiring Operation (Factory/Plant) function
  • Proficient level of the English Language and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • Preferably Staff(Non-Management & Non-Supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
