Essential Requirements:

 

 

  • Have a university degree in: Engineer in business and information technology, .Engineering-Innovation and Transformation, Engineering-Computing and Information Technologies, Electronics and Robotics Engineer, Industrial and Systems Engineer.
  • Have no more than 3 years of work experience.
  • Leaderships skills demonstrated through extra-curricular activities.
  • High performance academic track record.
  • Be a team player with drive and ambition.
  • Be an inspiring and engaging individual.
  • Have great analytical skills, be sharp, curious and resilient.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. (Desirable Portuguese)
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
     

Desirable requirements:

 

  • Intercultural competencies from international experience or personal background.
  • Knowledge in systems like Power BI, Magento, Shopify, IOS, Android. 
  • Experiencia in IoT, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Previous experience from any FMCG is a plus.

Understand and influence the marketing strategy of BAT using technology.
Have the ability to understand the needs and type of consumers and developed new ways to attract new ones.
Knows how to analyze and validate the amount of users of the products and design strategies to make them loyal to our brands.
