Operations Finance Project Manager is actively involved in Operations projects providing business, finance and controls inputs, and run Finance driven projects. Acts as finance business partner on supply chain and material management. Works on implementing the local Operations and Finance strategies and improvement of business processes. 



  • Provides finance input and supports to Operations projects implementation.
  • Manages budget planning and execution for Operations projects (incl. post-implementation review), takes part in cycle planning for Factory supply chain cost and KPIs.
  • Manages month end activities for Material Ledger closure and provides monthly input to the dashboards and financial reporting (Operations project cost, business primary supply chain cost, waste, material destructions etc.)
  • Manages Productivity Savings planning and reporting.
  • Works on improvement of finance processes and KPIs
  • Develops, implements and manages controls (incl. SOx) in business processes & projects
  • Develop direct reports and Operations team with business & financial skills
  • Manages own team

  • Manages own projects in the areas of Finance & Controls
  • Identifies and drives Productivity savings across Operations, as well as simplifications in Opertaions Finance processes and systems
  • Supports into Operations Transformations & Finance Transformation Projects


Knowledge, skills and experience

  • The jobholder should have at least 3 years post degree experience in FMCG area or similar dynamic operating environment, covering IFRS and HU Accounting.
  • Professional qualification: University degree (Masters) qualified + practical experience in applying this knowledge in business projects and process implementations as well as managing financial results
  • Ability to link Finance and Operations, see implications and links between all areas of the business
  • Strong leadership skills in areas of influencing in and outside of own function
  • Strong project management skills, delivering tasks involving cross functional teams
  • Skills in creating and maintaining a strong control environment within Finance function and across the business
  • Excellent stakeholder management 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills: with strong knowledge of SAP and Excel/Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English language skills
