Junior HR Business Partner in Operations provides a day to day support to the Senior HR BP Operations and factory departments, is implementing key strategic HR objectives in-line with regional and area HR strategy & factory CBN, internal policies and procedures, is building a winning environment in the organisation with effective recruitment, development and reward strategies to maximize business opportunities.


Main responsibilities:

           Coordinate recruitment activities in cooperation with the line managers involved as per Co standards (together with recruitment admin & GBS HR).

           Implement talent attraction activities for Operations.

           Coordinate preparation of Role profiles, Job descriptions, Job offers, Employment Contracts, orders and other internal employment documents in an accurate, timely and efficient manner; in line with local regulation (together with GBS HR & local HR admin).

           Work closely with line managers and GBS HR on all relevant employment/people processes (new hires, moves, terminations, reprimands etc.) to assure efficiency and effectiveness.

           Coordinate induction and orientation of new hires with Line managers.

           Ensure that HR policies, procedures are in line with Global BAT agenda and local legislation requirements, is communicating and implementing them in the organization.

           Participate in Talent Reviews, Performance reviews, Annual Salary review processes (according to the split of responsibilities with Senior HR BP).

           Responsible for implementation of Reward processes as per Area/Regional guidelines.

           Assist and provide miscellaneous reports on staff headcount, staff turnover and other HR reports as needed.

           Participate in HC planning on a regular basis (through QPR quarterly planning and annual Coplan planning). Provide guidance and assist Line Managers with arguments for changing HC.

           Initiate the process of changing the remuneration of employees outside the cycle, managing one-off payments and allowance in the Success Factors system.

           Coordinate the process of payment of the quarterly bonus in accordance with the policy;

           Provide support to the Senior HR BP on other projects/tasks as required.


If you have

           University degree (HR, management, economics or psychology/pedagogics).

           Fluent Ukrainian/Russian and at least Intermediate English languages;

           Strong business acumen and commercial awareness;

           Developed leadership skills;

           Proven people and project management skills;

           Experience in HR management, preferably to have at least 2 years of HR experience.

           Some experience in negotiations, training, recruitment, budgeting & headcount planning processes;

           Good organizational skills to effectively operate in a complex, multi-discipline organization.

           Ability to plan, organize workload and meet deadlines.

           Good communication, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking.

           Understands people management issues.

           Able to inspire and motivate a team which is geographically dispersed.
