BAT Brazil IS LOOKING FOR AN IT Digital Marketing Manager

FUNCTION: Information and Technology (IT)

LOCATION: Rio de Janeiro

 

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of the Information and Technology (IT) – Services department.

The role is responsible for supporting the digital transformation agenda in Marketing.

Reports to: IT Business Partnering Manager

Geographic Scope: Brazil

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Lead B2B and B2C digital initiatives.
  • Drive the IT/technical roadmap for Marketing.
  • Lead initiatives in innovation and automation.
  • Act as a business partner for Marketing.
  • Lead IT providers and projects.
  • Seek for technical solutions that will foster Marketing's ambition.
  • Align with regional and global teams.

 

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

  • Do you have previous experience in IT positions and digital transformation projects?
  • Are you an innovative, resilient, and independent person?

 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Previous experience in IT positions.
  • Previous experience in digital transformation projects for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies.
  • Bachelor´s degree.
  • Desirable postgraduation degree.
  • Advanced English level. Desirable Spanish knowledge.
  • E-commerce tools and Sales Force knowledge.
  • Independence, innovation, good communication and stakeholder management skills.
