Role Overview:

·         Tier 2 Employee Admin & Master Data Management specialism Team Lead who is accountable for leading, developing and delivering an efficient and effective Customer  focused Employee Admin & Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist team

·         Manages all people management activities of specialist team and is accountable for ensuring the team delivers an efficient and effective Customer focussed service, including through assessing individual team member service quality

·         Manages the overall Employee lifecycle delivered by the specialist team, builds and maintaining a working environment conducive to teamwork, quality and productivity

·         Manages the overall service  level and quality of specialist services delivered

 

High- Level Responsibilities 

·         Oversees data entry provided to all HR groups and end users and the execution of Employee data administration services

·         Oversees team of Specialists delivering data management services to meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance and focused improvement efforts

·         Owns the development and management of data management processes

·         Communicates BAT data administration and security standards and monitors team’s compliance

·         Owns the regular delivery of data audit activities to ensure data integrity and mitigate data issues

·         Ensures the effective and efficient delivery of specialist services in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs

·         Prioritises the workload and requests for Employee Admin & MDM Specialists

·         Manages all people management activities for a team of Employee Admin & MDM Specialists, ensuring effective on-boarding, performance management, development and adherence to policies and processes to meet the desired levels of service

·         Has deep specialist knowledge of Employee Admin & MDM service delivery and compliance issues in order to act as a point of escalation for Specialists with complex queries

·         Ensures collaborative working environment in team to support knowledge sharing and good practice and to ensure the effective balance of team capacity, capabilities and service

·         Delivers the day to day management of the operational  team budget and manages the specialist team within these remits

·         Identifies and mitigates risk for Employee Admin & MDM services aligned to HRSS governance structures and internal audit practices

·         Ensures that Employee Admin & MDM processes and standards are maintained and proactively identifies continuous improvement opportunities to drive service improvement 

·         Manages relevant HR vendors related to specialism and oversees the execution of all administration related to the service provider relationship in line with agreed performance metrics

·         Coaches and provides feedback and training to upskill the Employee Administration & MDM Specialist population

 

Job Requirements:

·         Minimum degree in HR or equivalent

·         At least 2 years customer services experience focus in Employee Admin & Master Data Management (MDM)

·         Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work

·         Ability to work well under pressure

·         Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel

·         Experiences with Success Factor is an added advantage

·         Good organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

·         Strong communication, presentation, workload prioritization skills and commercial acumen

·         Able to guide and mentor a team of reporting analysts

·         Ability to generate adhoc reporting

·         Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes

·         Able to translate data analytics into commercial
