#AIM coach

    • Actively promote AIM Methodology to all BASS Functions
    • Delivery of AIM methodology across BASS teams from Strategy to Sustainable Exection (phases ranging from Diagnostic up to Benefits tracking and Maturity Assessments)
    • Continuosly coach, coordinate and support on-site AIM Functional Champions
    • Drive sustainability plans with direct input in Benefits Committees and maturity assessments
    • Coordinate with BASS related departments / functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall People Management area
    • Works with departmental / functional management to assure appropriate involvement and support
    • Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organisation
    • Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities

Data Analytics & Insights

    • Identify opportunities for operational improvements supporting AIM ways of working
    • ActiveOps local Champion and first level support ensuring on-going data/analytics reporting and insights
    • Support sustainability plans, in particular problem solving; process confirmation, planning & control elements, through insights and coaching
    • Support Benefits Committees and maturity assessments with relevant Data & Insights OTIF

External

  • PWC and Active Ops  – maintaining strong relationship and collaboration in line with agreed Letters of Engagement / SLA-Contracts in plance
