Purpose Statement

To execute and implement HR practices in compensation and benefits in order to comply with

already set objectives and schedules and maintaining high quality standards, in line with HR

company policies/procedures and guidance from the ES Manager.

Key Accountabilities

i. Operations/ Professional/ Business

 -  Preparation for the Salary review & EIS Bonus datas for BATK & Ops by yearly.

 -  Preparation for the company bonus scheme thru proper calculation, financial arrangement,

   and employee communicaion base on the company guideline.

 -  Preparation for organization labor costs, both local & expats for BATK & Ops by quarterly  

    using HR system(BPC - Business Planning Consolidation Programme).

 -  Administer all Management benefits as per policy ensuring on time and right quality service  

    to  the employees

 - Any Jobs assigned by Reward manager.


ii. Management

- Maintain and keep all the record of HR policies.

- Arranging relocation arrangement if required.

- Implement and follow up the developed benefit program that has occurred by day-to-day  

   which include and is not limited to flex benefit program, computer subsidy program, hobby    

   club support and congratulatory/condolence program.


iii. Leadership

-  Lead records management for HR team ensuring all members have the right knowledge and are complaint to the guidelines

- Support execution of system related projects and ensure maximum benefit for the company while compliance with Global guidelines

iv. Relationship

-  High level interpersonal and communication skills required in managing stakeholders

-  Closely working with HRBPs as a Reward CoE and collectively deliver the HR common C&B   objectives

-  Provide information support to HR and all relevant stakeholders.

v. Innovation

 - Support implementation of HR projects & initiatives for effective implementation

 - Improve systems and work processes within Reward process to drive productivity and



Contextual Information

i. Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Working level of English is required.
  • Advanced working knowledge of C&B practices
           (Salary review, Market survey methodology, HR system(SAP / BPC)
  • Junior college degree with minimum 4~5 years in HR with decent 2~3 years of C&B experience
    1. literacy (Word, Excel, Power point) is essential


ii. Other Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Flexibility

- Inter-personal communication skills.

- Strong Team Player with self-driven & motivated with good level of proactiveness

- Understanding of Korean Labor Law is preferred

iii. Key Success Factors

- Data accuracy in HR Systems

- HR Records Management

- Benefit policy planning & processes are in plance and executed.

- ES manager and members of the HR Department

- Scope of communication is mostly internal with employees


-  HR department in the comparator companies

-  External contacts with Suppliers(Salary Surveyer,Benefit Vendor)

-  Legal advisors(labor law)
