To boost up the transformation, we are always opened to hiring Brand Manager. As a Brand Manager, you will lead the development of strategy and plans based on the company strategy & business objectives. You will need to identify/understand the core values of our portfolio and reflect these core values among the target customer so that you can fulfil customer expectations to drive consistent customer satisfaction. With this insight, your key responsibility/role will be to create a strategy and plan that positively impacts the main concern of the CDF from Awareness to Loyal, and developed a compelling marketing mix for assigned initiatives. Your scope will vary from strategy/planning/executions from Devices, Consumables (incl. Product & Packaging) and accessories. You will also need to be the key connection between cross functions like Agency/SPI/Activation/Trade to ensure best category practices/executions to win our consumers.

Strong Data Analytic skills and Logical/Insights thinking

Strong feeling of ownership/accountability and drive for results.

Experience in trade and consumer insights, implementing integrated marketing campaigns.

The ability to co-ordinate a diverse team, with strong interpersonal,

negotiation and influencing skills.

Experience with developing brands with digital media/e-commerce

Business level English and Japanese. (Other languages are always a plus.)
