Role Summary

  • Assist Recruitment Manager in Japan, providing accurate consistent and timely support on operational and transactional based Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement operational activities by working closely with end market HR team, GBS recruitment team, and other HR Centre of Expertise.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Recruitment Manager on Non-management hiring, Campus recruitment activities; partner with the Recruitment Manager on the execution of hiring programs as required
  • Assist the Recruitment Manager on requisition management and coordination of talent acquisition activities
  • Assist the Recruitment Manager on ensuring the the end to end hiring & on onboarding activities
  • Manage the end to end purchase order and invoice process for all Talent Acquisition vendors; liaise with vendors, Talent Acquisition Lead(s) and Finance to resolve and follow up on issues
  • Manage candidate pre-employment and background screening checks
  • Maintain up to date documentation relating to transaction and operational Talent Acquisition activities; provide proactive suggestions and implementation of processes improvements

Qualifications & Requirements

 

  • Understand “recruiting” as a part of HR department, internal recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience in talent sourcing from events, job boards, LinkedIn and employee referral.
  • Japanese language proficiency at native level plus business level English. You will communicate with your candidates and stakeholders independently in both Japanese and English.
