BAT Poland IS LOOKING FOR A Junior HR Business Partner



SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Management Level


SALARY RANGE: competitive salary package + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland

Contract: fixed term – 1 year

You will closely collaborate with managers and their teams in the comprehensive service of the HR area, ensuring the highest standards in our processes and activities, developing and implementing new initiatives, and thus supporting business teams in achieving their goals and strategies.


Reports to: HR Business Partner

Reporting Level: Individual contributor

Geographic Scope: Global


What you will be accountable for


  • cooperation with managers in the development and implementation of HR solutions supporting their teams in achieving the business goals
  • supporting the IDT Tech HUB and newly established GBS in Warsaw
  • advising managers in decisions regarding the development and management of their teams
  • ensuring high quality and efficiency of recruitment and development processes, succession building as well as performance and remuneration management in supported teams
  • building BAT's image as an employer together with managers and employees
  • managing and supporting HR projects in the area of ​Talent, Organizational Design, Employee Engagement, Change Management
  • collaboration within the team of HR Business Partners & COE globally
  • Must provide a quality assurance role across the digital and enterprise platform landscape to ensure alignment
  • Proactive search for continuous innovation themes with R&D Strategic Partners




  • Are you passionate to develop yourself in HR are and become part of exciting transformational journey?
  • Do you have considerable experience in HR in complex/ matrix organisation?
  • Do you have experience in GBS/SSC/BPO environment?


Essential experience, skills and knowledge


  • knowledge of HR tools - recruitment, employee appraisal, employee development, succession management, labor law, remuneration policy.
  • high business awareness and focus on the internal customer.
  • great communication skills and the ability to build relationships based on credibility, openness and commitment.
  • passion for developing oneself, teams and the entire organization
  • independence, proactivity and the ability to evaluate problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Good command of the English and the Polish language.
  • Critical thinking and business advisory skills
  • HR or Related Field Higher Education is preferable
