Research & Development Intern

 

It’s time to put what you’ve learned in the classroom to work as a Research & Development Intern. At Reynolds American, Inc., we’re transforming how we reach adult tobacco consumers. Responsibilities:

  • Execute challenging assignments
  • Collaborate cross functionally with various groups within Research & Development and key stakeholder functions
  • Design and execute experiments at the lab and/or pilot scale level\
  • Demonstrate proficient project management, time management and team collaboration skills
  • Interpret results using sound scientific principles and apply learnings to product design
  • Present your findings to our leadership team

 

Requirements:

  • Relocation to Winston-Salem, NC
  • Pursuing a graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) with completed coursework in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, Food Science or related technical field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
