Administrative Coordinator – Law & External Affairs (LEX)

The Administrative Coordinator role will provide key administrative support to members of the LEX team.
To effectively execute the job responsibilities, the Administrative Coordinator should demonstrate expertise in all administrative functions. They should be proficient in all departmental office technology. In addition, they should be able to maintain knowledge of various programs and projects specific to the LEX team simultaneously.

The Administrative Coordinator position requires strong organizational skills, a heightened sensitivity to deadlines and a high degree of professionalism. The position requires the ability to function as an individual contributor in a team environment, and to effectively manage competing priorities in order to accomplish a variety of goals. It will be important that the Administrative Coordinator work pro-actively and independently.

Key administrative support duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Pro-active management of complex calendars including arranging and rearranging appointments as needed for internal and external stakeholders;
  • Support the planning and coordination of LEX travel logistics;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone and electronic communications while exercising and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality;
  • Organize, prioritize, and execute administrative tasks and projects as requested; and
  • Work closely and collaborate with the Administrative Coordinators for other leaders and other colleagues in support of various projects and initiatives.


  • High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • SharePoint administration experience a plus.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate needs of and opportunities for assigned LEX team members
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships and be calm and flexible under pressure and amidst changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and ability to manage multi-task assignments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when workloads and deadlines require.
  • Experience providing administrative support to executives in a multi-national corporation preferred.
