BATA is looking for a Trade Representative to join their Queensland Team.

At BAT, our Trade Representatives play a crucial role in successfully implementing company strategies with retailers. We are seeking driven, passionate, and ambitious individuals to bring these strategies from the ground up.

Reports to: Area Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Effective execution of national campaign activities, including all aspects of Outlet Coverage and Territory Coverage Plans (TCP)
• Develop and maintain mutually beneficial commercial relationships with external collaborators
• Foster effective working relationships with internal collaborators
• Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers
• Execute brand and trade strategies seamlessly at the store level
• Utilise category management principles to ensure awareness of category relevance at store level
• Continually develop your skill set in line with the evolving industry and regulatory environment

• Do you enjoy problem-solving and working in an agile environment?

Critical experience, skills, and knowledge

• A tertiary degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience is desirable
• Previous experience in any sales or marketing role is an advantage
• Experience in the FMCG industry
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and adept relationship management skills (internal and external partners)

Remuneration and benefits

You will receive a competitive remuneration package starting from AUD $78,000 (based on experience) + 13% Super. Additional benefits include a company car and fuel, a new mobile phone, a health and wellbeing allowance, social events, and an annual bonus.
