LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Business
- To develop and maintain business relationship with key wholesales customers to deliver regional target and balanced, long-term growth
- Supervise and lead sales within wholesales channel to ensure market stability
- Devise plan & initiatives to grow wholesale, find & expand wholesales network of the region
- Effective and efficient deployment of Nationwide Wholesales Channel Activation Platform, in collaboration with cross teams.
- Lead all aspects of performance of the top WS in the region and nationwide. Collect intelligence & propose timely interventions.
People
- Guide & mentor regional sales team on shape and drive sales performance of region.
- Take full ownership of encouraging stakeholder engagement both internally and externally. Proactively influencing and negotiating for positive outcomes.
- Take on a leadership role in mentoring and growing junior team members within team and function. Provide mentorship and support to ensure each member succeed in their respective roles..
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales in a sizeable FMCG company
- 2 to 3 years running wholesale channel
- English, Vietnamese Proficient
- Ability to analyze data & generate actionable insights
- Ability to co-ordinate with different internal/external senior stakeholders to drive agenda
- Ability to work and deliver results under high pressure
- Ability to work individually or as a team
- Having knowledge on business process & procedures & market implementation/execution
- Having sound presentation skills
