What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?  

The role of Ecommerce & Digital Acquisition Executive is to spearhead our digital acquisition strategies through own and 3rd party ecommerce platforms across +8 countries in Latin America and Caribbean. This role is crucial in driving our company’s digital transformation, leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing and ecommerce strategies.

External – Digital Agencies, Creative Agencies, Digital Softwares Suppliers

  • Owner of all New Categories websites (ecommerce and non-transactional) webpages in LANCAR region.
  • Lead own and 3rd party ecommerce channel strategies.
  • End to end management of all related collaborators to ensure success of ecommerce platforms, including outside creative agencies, digital suppliers, and internal areas (Brands, IT, Logistics, Finance, Legal, Consumer Service)
  • Develop and implement digital strategies for websites, such as UX & UI, SEO, that generate qualified traffic, conversion, and retention to reach business objectives.
  • Owner of the digital developments pipeline with the IT team, crafting and completing improvements for the website that improve UX and conversion.
  • Owner of communication campaigns and activities grid of the website, ensuring there is relevant and attractive content to generate traffic and interactions.
  • Design strategies to boost our brands through 3rd party ecommerce platforms across the region.



Experience Required

  • At least 3 years of validated experience in digital marketing/ecommerce roles.
  • Experience working with FMCG or retail industries is a plus.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Data-driven decision making.
  • Digital Marketing proficiency, specifically in SEO, SEM, Analytics and Content Marketing.
  • Customer Centric, ability to design and implement strategies to enhance costumer experience.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and ecommerce technologies
  • Project Management, ability to work in multiple projects at the same time, organizing and prioritizing.
  • Teamwork with multidisciplinary teams such as Brands, IT, Commercial, Legal, Finance, Logistics, etc.
  • Advanced English.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, technology, business administration or similar.
