BAT is in constant transformation, following the growth of our new product categories and the many launches every year, you will participate in a key transition project. You will represent the supply chain team for France taking full responsibility supporting the project from start to finish by working with different teams, assisting to various local and regional meetings, providing analysis, and presenting results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Propose new processes, KPIs, and cost reduction strategies.
• Coordinate and monitor production plans and orders.
• Manage new product implementation.
• Analyze stock levels against forecasts.
• Present findings and results.

What are we looking for?

Experience Required:

• No prior experience needed—ideal for recent graduates eager to gain Supply Chain experience in a multinational corporate environment.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required:

• Strong analytical and logical mindset, with curiosity and proactivity.
• Quick learner, organized, reliable, and process-oriented.
• Effective communicator with resilience and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with fluency in English & French.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required:

• BAC +4/5 (engineering school, business school, or university).
