ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Graduate Programme in British American Tobacco targets to develop graduates into management level position. In our Global Graduate Programme, you will work in a real job context with genuine responsibility; rotate through different functions. The Trainee with proven potential and performance record will be provided excellent career advancement opportunities within the organization after graduation.
The Graduate Talent must meet a series of performance targets during their training period and will be reviewed by every half a year. Failure to meet the predefined standards will mean departure from the programme.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or Master degree with any major
- Fresh graduate or a professional with maximum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin are essential
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
- Possess entrepreneurial and analytical traits
- Confident, highly motivated and result-driven
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
