BATIS LOOKING FOR AN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PROCESS LEAD

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

As an employee centric organisation, one of our key priorities is to ensure a robust range of employee listening channels are available across all levels in the organisation. By enabling this, we support the business in understanding and acting upon employees' views to accelerate our vision of A Better Tomorrow!

We are looking for an Employee Engagement Process Lead who will participate in and influence how we design, develop and manage the implementation of employee listening activities. Our new team member will be driving all global employee feedback activities and working closely with Global Organisational Effectiveness Manager in periodical reporting activities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Building and coordinating Employee Engagement annual cycle plan
  • Leading delivery of survey implementations in partnership with Legal, Internal Communications and Digital Business Solution teams, and external partners
  • Collaborating closely with DBS (Digital Business Solutions) to ensure excellent operational delivery including data management and system readiness
  • Analysing captured employee views and generating key insights for senior level engagements
  • Providing regular updates on action plans and their progress
  • Exploring trends in external market and continuously drive improvements in survey processes and technology platforms

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Experience Required

  • Experience in or curiosity about employee listening and engagement initiatives
  • Management of complex projects
  • Proven expertise in analysing big data and generating insights

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Leading multiple project assignment simultaneously in a fast-paced and results driven environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to details
  • Collaborative communication style and cross-functional coordination capability
  • Creative and effective approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to navigate through complexity with resilience

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
