JOB TITLE: Training Coordinator

CONTRACT: Fixed-term

CITY & COUNTRY: Vranje, Serbia

ROLE SUMMARY

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for all factory employees. This includes conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), creating training plans, executing training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. The role involves collaborating with various departments to define necessary skills, maintaining a skill matrix, and organizing training programs for technical and soft skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing trainings for all Factory employees, starting from TNA – training needs analysis through yearly and monthly training plan, training execution and evaluation of training effectiveness
  • Cooperating with all relevant functions to define the required level of knowledge according to positions in the organizational structure (skill matrix for the entire factory), to establish the starting basis for further analysis of training needs
  • Organizing/supporting the realization of training programs for the development of technical and soft skills for all employees of the factory
  • Providing support to managers in developing their teams
  • Providing support for training programs development based on specific needs and for a specific target group
  • Administrator for trainings and individual development planning process
  • Reporting factory top team on training activities and cooperates with key stakeholders (e.g., Production managers)
  • Supporting Factory key projects (e.g., IWS – Integrated Work System) by providing Learning & Development expertise
  • Developing a strategy for continuous development of training practices in Vranje for achieving operational goals, in accordance with IWS methodology
  • Cooperation with suppliers for organization of external trainings 

REQUIREMENTS:  

  • University degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English language
