BAT POLAND IS LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT with GERMAN 

This is an exciting time to join BAT Consumer Team, as this is going to be a brand new team supporting the DACH market, that shall undergo thorough induction and training. Joining us now will unlock great future opportunities within BAT group.

SENIORITY LEVEL: Experienced Professional

FUNCTION: DBS, Marketing, Consumer Care

SALARY RANGE: competitive salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide great customer service by handling variety of queries covering things such as: registrations, order handling, payment process, returns, complaints for BAT products using e-mail, fax or letter
  • Proactive approach to customers queries with end goal being to solve the problem 
  • Data collection, system input and maintenance as required  
  • Work with Activations team to manage clear communication for customers regarding brand and/or trade campaigns alongside maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Our requirements:

  • Proven track of record working in contact/service/engagement centred using German language
  • Proficiency (written and spoken) in German and English
  • Customer-oriented, open-minded, communicative, and assertive
  • Problem solving
  • Nice to have additional language: Turkish/Hungarian/Croatian/Serbian
  • Nice to have experience in CRM/Ecommerce
