This role is part of Heated Products (HP) Category Team and is responsible for supporting the team translating the Category strategy into critical projects to be implemented in our different markets, with a main focus in Poland and Baltics.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist and involve in brands' strategies and plans development in order to achieve annual and long-term target, including volume, market share, brand KPIs, commercial deliverables.
• Analyze and identify key consumer insights in collaboration with cross function teams and translate the insights into input for key business strategies and action plans. Understanding of local market/industry is the benefit.
• Run the product development process and timeline by working closely with key stakeholders to drive launch preparation & commercialization process. Key stakeholders include cross function teams, planning center, new product introduction center and external agencies.
• Develop brand communication materials and activations through effective stakeholder management, to ensure all activities are in line with company guidelines.
• Run marketing budget and analyze the cost efficiency and effectiveness of all marketing activities, to generate the maximum return on investment.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2 years of brand marketing experience within the FMCG industry
• Proficiency in market segmentation, brand positioning, and brand plan development
• Strong communication skills in both English and Polish
• Shown experience in data analysis
• Proven project management abilities
• Interest and awareness of product development. Time management skill is important to deliver project timeline.
• Experience in working with multiple collaborators, including internal cross function teams, overseas teams, and external agencies
• Ability to drive innovation, while paying close attention to details
• Initiative-taking approach, critical thinking ability, and adeptness in navigating ambiguity
