Executive Recruitment Coordinator

  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality with critical company and candidate information.
  • Support TA Senior Director with sourcing candidates and scheduling screening calls with Line Managers.
  • Support TA Senior Director with scheduling candidate on-site interviews, including the arranging and rearranging of appointments as needed for internal and external collaborators.
  • Liaise with multiple external agency partners, food and marketing vendors, and internal key collaborators.
  • Must handle own performance independently and effectively with excellent time management skills. Ensure accurate updates to Senior Director, TA.
  • Outstanding prioritization, organization, proofreading, and office administration skills.
  • Answer inquiries and direct to appropriate parties for timely and efficient resolution.
  • Maintain documents and records in accordance with administrative and record retention policies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships and be calm and flexible under pressure and amidst changing priorities.

  • Are you proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications?
  • Do you have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter?
  • Do you have experience in talent acquisition?


  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience of early career recruitment and executive administration.
  • Self-starter who works well independently & collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • High Degree of comfort collaborating with C Suite.
  • Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to perform efficiently within a high pressure, fast paced team environment.


  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter/ or Handshake
  • Experience with University recruitment or engagement
  • Experience working in Applicant Tracking System
  • Experience in consumer-packaged goods, especially tobacco, and/or other regulated industries, is strongly preferred.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
    • Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
