You will be joining our Finnish business unit with engaged and highly experienced colleagues who all focus on delivering upon our strategy and objectives to create true value to our Nordic business. As Deployment Manager you will manage our Deployment Team of 5 employees and set the direction for all offline and online activities, supporting the growth of our brands through step-changing activation and be part of a transformational journey. As the ideal candidate you are an experienced manager, pro-active, creative, and dynamic, and you are good at setting clear direction and move fast to deliver business results. You possess excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work independently as well as being a team-player.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead B2B Activation Campaigns: Develop and execute B2B concepts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Drive Consumer Engagement: Manage end-to-end execution of festivals, HoReCa partnerships, and pop-up experiences, including contract negotiation, staff training, and performance tracking.
- Retail Transformation Execution: Oversee In-store-furniture rollouts, planogram optimization, and educational content development to enhance in-store visibility and sales performance.
- Field Force & CRM Optimization: Lead capacity planning, and CRM tool development to improve efficiency and data utilization.
- Data & Market Intelligence Management: Own and manage data sources, track distribution, and produce actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution across B2B channels.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in working with CRM systems, data, and market intelligence tools to drive performance and insights.
- Retail & Trade Marketing Expertise: Experience in retail transformation, in-store execution, and trade marketing strategies, ideally within FMCG or similar industries.
- Excellent Communication & Collaboration: Skilled in stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Creative & Strategic Thinker: Ability to design innovative experiences.
