As a Senior Manager Operations Finance Analytics, you will be transforming data into valuable insights and challenging the status quo to support our business sustainability, improve margin while reducing cost and support business strategy. We are seeking for a leader who thrives at structured critical thinking, analytical skills, problem-solving, synthesizing ideas, written and verbal communication including executive presentation skills. In this role you’ll lead the analytics of cost of sales, including building centralized reports and dashboards for the team, and cost benchmark and X-ray analysis.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain centralized reports and dashboards for the Operations Finance team
• Run cost benchmark analysis vs other BAT markets and competitor products and product cost Xray analysis for management team
• Establish and maintain a transfer pricing process for US inter-company sales
• Support productivity workshops with cost and financial analysis
• Lead and drive financial drumbeat & presentations to main stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders
• Partner with the greater finance team in the US and globally on special projects or other ad-hoc requests

What are we looking for?

• Operations Finance background – Business partner for Operations or Product costing or supply chain experience
• Strong financial literacy
• Strong Excel skills & automation/efficiency mindset
•  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably with Finance and/or Accounting specialization
• Proficiency in designing presentations and storytelling
• Be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision, with the expectation of working as a motivated and cooperative team member
• Knowledge of BPC, SAP systems and PowerBI tool
