Our Office
BAT’s vision and values are brought to life in our modern workplace, which ensures collaboration, flexibility as well as sociability and inspires employees with sustainable solutions. Our office is located right next to the beautiful Alster, which invites you to take a walk along the banks to get some fresh air.
The various spaces in our office provide an activity-based working environment and include workstations, virtual meeting pods as well as collaboration, project and focus zones. Our meeting rooms of various sizes, all equipped with whiteboards and Microsoft Teams, allow us to work both in the office and from home. Also, we have a lounge area with couches and kitchens on each floor. We are always striving to improve the way we work. Apprenticeship
Our apprenticeships combine theory at vocational school/university with the corresponding practice at our company. To ensure that you quickly find your way around, just like the other trainees, we start with a joint introductory event. From the first day on, you will be supervised and supported by the training officers and the training departments. In day-to-day business and in project work, you will learn what is important in your profession. In addition to the practical training, you will be supported by the vocational school, internal specialist seminars and many other interesting experiences on the way into your professional life.
Internship
BAT Germany manages market and marketing activities from its German headquarters in Hamburg. All the classic functional areas of an international branded goods manufacturer are located here, from purchasing to sales. Our catering
As our canteen is currently getting a make-over, we have a Hamburg based catering company supplying us with their in-house catering program. The food from KitchenGuerilla is made with daily fresh ingeredience and contains both classic and experimental dishes. This give us the opportunity, even during our renovation, to ensure that our employees are provided with everything their hearts desire.
