Our Office

BAT’s vision and values are brought to life in our modern workplace, which ensures collaboration, flexibility as well as sociability, and inspires employees with sustainable solutions. Our office is located right next to the beautiful Alster, which invites you to take a walk along the banks to get some fresh air.

The various spaces in our office provide an activity-based working environment, virtual meeting pods as well as collaboration and focus zones. Our meeting rooms of various sizes, all equipped with whiteboards and Microsoft Teams, allowing us to work both in the office and from home. We also have many lounge areas for you to relax in. We are always striving to improve the way we work. This is reflected in our corporate culture and spaces, which encourages innovative ideas, creative suggestions, and unconventional thinking.

Our Canteen

We are proud to have our canteen, Seven, in our office. The food, provided by KitchenGuerilla, is made daily with fresh ingredients and includes both classic and experimental dishes. Additionally, we have a barista bar where you can enjoy all coffee specialties. Enjoy not only the great food and drinks but also the stunning view over the Alster.

Apprenticeship & Dual Study Program

Our apprenticeships combine theory at vocational school/university with the corresponding practice at our company. To ensure that you quickly find your way around, just like the other trainees, we start with a joint introductory event. From day one, you will be supervised and supported by the training officers and the training departments.

In day-to-day business and in project work, you will learn what is important in your profession. To help you gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and your future career, you will rotate through different departments during your practical phases. This allows you not only to apply what you’ve learned, but also to discover where your personal strengths and interests lie within the professional environment. In addition to the practical training, you will be supported by the vocational school, internal specialist seminars and many other interesting experiences on the way into your professional life.
