Principle Accountabilitie
Responsibilities:
• To follow up clearance and ensure discharge under Customs Control Procedures and keep good level of alignment with local WH teams for smooth inbound
• To perform import procedures according to the Customs requirements in regard to permissions
• Ensure necessary controls of relevant import documentation are delivered OTIF through exporting parties with continuous tracking of E2E process
• On time import conformity licences from government agencies
• To keep good relationships with government agencies
• Support Finance team with relevant cash flow calculations in line with importation forecast delivered by SNO / material planning teams
• Ensure proper tracking of supplier payments for Plan vs. Actual in line with hedge commitments
