In this dynamic role, you will develop and implement strategic account plans, manage key partnerships, and analyze market trends to optimize distribution and investment strategies. You’ll also lead critical business projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor team members to enhance their skills in account management and strategic selling.

Your Role & Impact:
- Develop, implement and track key account plans that drive distribution and commercial growth.
- Build account plans with sales, volume, and share targets which aligning with overall business goals.
- Establish sustainable, profitable relationships with key accounts and external partners to drive long-term growth.
- Measure critical metrics ensuring alignment with global and end-market governance standards.
- Manage business-critical projects end-to-end, including scoping, partners alignment, and tracking breakthroughs.
- Analyze sales and market trends, preparing actionable recommendations to optimize distribution and investment strategies.
- Work cross-functionally to foster a culture of innovation, streamline processes, and implement creative strategies.
What You Bring
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field. Experience in account/category management is preferred.
- A passion for data, strategy, and market insights to drive performance.
- Strong understanding of commercial finance and marketing principles, their application in account profitability.
- A collaborative, data driven approach and excellent communication skill.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or emerging categories is a plus!
- Proven success in building partnerships with key accounts, industry stakeholders, and associations to understand market trends and provide business solutions.
