British American TobaccoRomania has an exciting fixed term opportunity for a Recruitment Admin in Bucharest. This role plays a key part in supporting the business in attracting and hiring the right talent by ensuring timely and quality support across the regional Talent Acquisition processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a smooth recruitment process to End Markets and candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessment centers including arranging logistics, booking meeting rooms, and ensuring all parties have the necessary information for a smooth interview process;
- Handle internal recruitment processes
- Document emails and other relevant documentation for the purpose of an audit trail and update relevant trackers with necessary information and status details;
- Ensure that necessary updates on candidate information are accurately inputted and reflected in all systems such as SuccessFactors and other downstream systems;
- Keep candidates informed about the status and progress, answering any queries, and addressing concerns they may have;

- Regional Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Acquisition team;
- Recruitment Global Process Lead, HR Technology;
- Hiring Managers, HRBPs, external and internal candidates
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience or exposure to similar type of admin related task;
- Proactive attitude, strong desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced organization;
- Ability to identify, negotiate and coordinate the solutions needed to solve problems;
- Ability to self-organize, schedule and prioritize work to meet various schedules and objectives, re-prioritize on short notice;
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience;
- Excellent English skills.
- Turkish or Polish or French, advance level
Beneficial - Familiar with SuccessFactors or other recruiting tools and application tracking systems
