Som Trade Marketing Representative har du ansvaret for at vedligeholde og udvikle salg og performance hos egne kunder i dit område. Du vil have ansvaret for at vi er i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning samt interne retningslinjer ude i butikkerne – du skal derfor kunne navigere i et udfordrende regulativt miljø og sikre succes på tværs af vores portefølje.

For at opnå succes i rollen trives du i en hverdag på landevejen, at opbygge relationer til dine kunder og at optimere og udvikle performance i butikkerne i dit område. Det er derfor afgørende, at du har indgående kendskab til, samt solid praktisk erfaring fra, en lignende rolle i en salgsorganisation kombineret med den nødvendige kommercielle forståelse. Ligeledes er det afgørende, at du er komfortabel i at forstå, analysere og videreformidle tal, da dette vil være dit grundlag for mødet med kunden.

Du vil blive en del af vores danske Trade organisation bestående af i alt 50 kolleger indenfor Field Force, Deployment, Key Account Management og Entertainment. Vores formål er at vokse og udvikle os som organisation samt som individer og sammen at transformere tobaksindustrien. Vores dedikation er grundlagt i en stærk teamånd med troen på, at vi alle kan levere enestående resultater, mens vi stadig har det sjovt sammen.

  • Ansvarlig for performance i eget område i overensstemmelse med performancemål
  • Udvikling af eget område i overensstemmelse med aftalte KPI’er
  • Samarbejde med relevante interessenter på tværs af organisationen
  • Dele og udvikle best practice på tværs med dine kolleger i hele landet
  • Samarbejde med interne og eksterne interessenter
  • Sikre inspirerende og engagerende kultur i teamet i overensstemmelse med BAT’s values
  • Deltage på BAT’s trænings- og udviklingsmoduler for at sikre udvikling i egen performance
  • Deltage på årlige nationale salgs- og regionsmøder

Det forventer vi af dig

  • Du har erfaring med salg, retail og/eller relevant erfaring fra FMCG industrien
  • Du taler flydende dansk, men er også komfortabel med at begå dig i et engelsk-talende miljø
  • Du har basis kompetencer indenfor MS office-pakken
  • Du besidder digitale kompetencer og har gerne erfaring med Business Intelligence & Analytics værktøjer
  • Du har stærke analytiske og kommercielle evner til at løfte rollen til nye højder
  • Du driver og ejer dine resultater – og at du er en selvstændig person, der tager ansvar for egne projekter
  • Du lærer hurtigt, er proaktiv samt i stand til at tænke ud af boksen og finde på kreative løsninger for at levere optimale resultater

Som person er du åben, serviceminded, nærværende og engageret i din tilgang til dine kolleger, samarbejdspartnere og projekter. Du har fingeren på pulsen, og kan bevare overblikket og handlekraften – også når det spidser til.
